Summer Ice Cream Social
Join us at the Union Yard for our July tenant appreciation event!
Andia’s Ice Cream will be on-site, scooping ice cream for FREE for our Southport tenants. They will be serving the following flavors: French Vanilla, Oreo Cookies and Cream, Coffee Bean Crunch, and Wildberry Sorbet (vegan).
This event is first-come, first-served while supplies last.
Pallet Pick Up
After 4 pm, pallets may be placed outside:
For tenants with a dock, please place pallets in the dock area.
For tenants without a dock, please place pallets outside of the common corridor.
Only pallets will be picked up - please no boxes, boards, or crates.
Pallets left inside the common corridors will not be picked up.
No more than 15 pallets per tenant.
Southport’s contractors will remove the pallets at a rate of $45 per pallet if...

Father's Day Gift Basket Raffle
This month, we will be hosting a Father's Day Gift Raffle on Thursday, June 18th, at 12 pm in the Union! We’ll be raffling off five themed gift baskets, each valued at over $100. The themes are:

Raffle tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from the Property Management Office located at 951 Aviation Parkway, Suite 1400, or via Venmo. If paying by Venmo, please provide your full name and which baskets you would like to put the tickets toward.
100% of the raffle proceeds will be donated to Saving Grace Animal Rescue, helping support animals in need throughout our community. Whether you're treating yourself, shopping for Dad, or simply supporting a great cause, we hope you'll join in the fun!
